Off Site Ticket Reservation Deposit

Off-site tickets are ideal for participants who prefer to stay in their own nearby accommodations while still being fully included in the retreat experience.

Guests with off-site tickets are welcome to join all workshops, remote viewing experiments, dreamwork sessions, and group activities held at the main retreat house.

Daily transportation is provided from the retreat house for all scheduled outings, including trips into Yosemite National Park and excursions around Oakhurst. You are simply responsible for arriving at the retreat house each day.

Breakfast and dinner are provided at the retreat house every day, allowing off-site guests to share meals, conversations, and community time with the group.

This option offers flexibility without sacrificing depth, connection, or access to the full retreat program.

• Off-Site Participant: $999

Deposit & Payment Schedule

• A $450 deposit is required to reserve your spot (or couple’s spot).

• The remaining balance is due in full by March 11, 2026.

• A payment link will be sent prior to the due date.

• Payment plans are available through Klarna via the payment portal.

Refund Policy & Key Dates

Deposit Refund Policy

• Until January 11, 2026:

  • $400 of the deposit is refundable.

• January 12 – March 11, 2026:

  • $300 of the deposit is refundable.

• After March 11, 2026:

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

Total Ticket Price Refund Policy

• March 11, 2026:

  • Remaining balance is due.

• Until April 11, 2026:

  • The total ticket price minus the $450 deposit is refundable.
