Refund Policy

• Until December 5th, 2026:

  • $400 of the deposit is refundable.

• After December, 2026:

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

• After January 5th 2026:

  • No refunds are available.

Room Assignments

• Bedroom Assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All bedrooms will utilize shared bathrooms.

• Please let us know in advance if you have specific needs or preferences.
